• The project contains serial homes, villas, and residence (apartments with hotel specifications) and commercial stores.
• The Residence contains 2 blocks and it consists of 72 apartments of type 3 + 1 ranging in size from 160 to 184 square meters, and 8 apartments of type 4 + 1 with an area of ​​340 square meters.
