The project consists of four buildings with a wonderful concept design
The project is located in Küçükçekmece, and it is composed of 3 phases.
The land area of the project is 23300 m2, and the construction area is 118000 m2.
The first phase has been sold out.
Concerning the second phase, the land area is 16863 m2, and the construction area is 87312 m2. It is composed of 5 buildings and maintains 362 residential units with 9commercial shops, equipped with best social facilities and services.
The project is designed in an attractive concept design, where apartments have large balconies, which add psychological comfort to its residents, as well as it provides diverse areas for each one of residential unit types, which helps in meeting the customer’s need.
For the third phase of the project, is built on an area of 1271 m2 and consists of 4 buildings maintaining 296 residential units and 11 commercial shops, also equipped with the best social facilities and services.
It is important to mention, that 70 % of the land area of the project is consisted and specified for green areas and wonderful water pools.
The projects present different types of residential units starting from 1+1 till 4+1.
Küçükçekmece: is located on the European side of Istanbul. It is a huge area, where 23 km far from the city center of Istanbul from its west. It is on the European shore of the Sea of Marmara and behind Ataturk Airport.
The population of the region is 600 thousand people in an area of 118 km2.
The region is witnessing a great architectural development where residential complexes are being established due to the rising demand for housing in this region for several reasons. First, the most important reason is its proximity to the (previous) Ataturk International Airport and the third new Istanbul airport. Second, the view of Kucukcekmece Lake is also another indispensable reason.
